Since 2008 I have started working as an insurance consultant. Initially I worked for one company with insurance. While working on this job, I realized that I would never be a good insurance agent, because I often did not believe what I was offering for people. At heart I felt like I wanted something else, more.

In addition, financially it was not a very rewarding activity. At the time, I was going through a divorce and alone had to raise and care for a daughter whose needs and desires were growing. Both the care and the financial burden lie on my shoulder. And at that time, because of the tremendous responsibility, I decided to change my activities and work. I quit my job and decided to continue my education. It was a very difficult and risky decision for me and my daughter's future.

In order to pursue my hobbies and personal business ideas, on 2013 I started working in the Investment and Property Management Department of Pasvalys District Municipality. It was completely in line with what I was studying at the time. Then I realized that working on project design and management is exactly what I want to do in the future. I worked not only with various cultural events and projects, but also with young people. I realized that besides project development and management, youth policy is no less interesting and caring for me.

Right now I am moving from one phase of my life to another and I feel that changing my job and starting my own business was one of the best decisions I made. The accumulated experience, knowledge and contacts, and the discovery of the hobby of life have grown into NEW ACTIVITIES. A new activity is under development - a social business enterprise that combines mobile work with youth and the design and management of social projects.

I suggest that every young person has a high regard for people who openly say what they think. It is not always fun to hear, but it allows one to improve. I think it was these people who helped me move out of my comfort zone and achieve my goals.
